While we are a country parish, Our Lady Queen of Peace is busy! Thus, all parish meetings, classes, events and special Masses need to be properly scheduled. Funeral Repasts: 2 hours = $250, 3 hours = $350, Over 3 hours = $350 + $150 for each additional hour.
Baptism Receptions: 2 hours = $250, 3 hours = $350, Over 3 hours = $350 + $150 for each additional hour.
Note: There is a Mandatory Cleaning Fee of $100.
Anniversary/Birthday/Special Occasion Receptions: 2 hours = $300, 3 hours = $400,
3 hours = $500 + $150 for each additional hour after three.
Note: There is a Mandatory Cleaning Fee of $150. For events with more than 100 persons, there may be an additional cleaning fee.
Wedding Receptions: $1,000 for the first two hours. $1,500 for three hours. $2,500 for four hours. $3,500 for five hours or more.
Note: Mandatory Cleaning Fee of $500 for wedding receptions.
There is a full executive kitchen in the Queen of Peace Hall.
Funeral Repasts and Receptions after Baptism: these smaller events will have to be catered and kitchen use is not permitted whatsoever.
For a Wedding Receptions, Anniversary, Birthdays or Special Occasions: the kitchen may be used by a certified caterer, but they must provide a certificate of insurance with the language required by the Diocese of Paterson (See pdf below). Furthermore, the contract below must be completed, submitted and approved with a 15% deposit to reserve the date.
Alcohol: May be present, however one cannot sell alcohol at their event without having a liquor license. Intoxication and mischievous behavior will lead to the immediate termination of the event and all fees will be forfeited. Events that include the presence of alcohol, require an additional $250 deposit, refundable after fifteen days after the event based on the condition of the hall and parish property.
Destruction of property will result in legal action.
